Fee: Early bird registration fee is $369.00. Beginning on July 1, the fee will be $449.00. 

*Cancellation Policy: Although we do understand that plans can change, no refunds will be given after Monday, August 12 if you cancel your registration. The Westin needs final guest counts for meals two weeks in advance. We will still incur a charge from the hotel if you cancel within those two weeks.*
